简介：哀牢山深处，猎户沈阔外出未归，女儿沈秋与儿子沈冬在家遭遇午夜敲门。沈秋凭借敏锐观察识破门外生物伪装，姐弟俩侥幸脱险。\n沈阔归来后，带子女向捕熊人沈大山求助，可沈大山身上的可疑伤痕与对沈家暗号的打探，让沈秋心生疑虑，怀疑他是传说中能人面熊所变。\n这人面熊力大无穷且极具智慧，设调虎离山计引走村中青壮年，诱骗老弱妇孺进祠堂困杀。沈阔识破阴谋赶回与人面熊死战，而人面熊毁桥断通讯，将村庄变成孤岛。\n危机中，沈秋设连环计反击却遇阻，弟弟沈冬被掳，沈阔独自引开怪物后生死未卜。警方赶到击毙一头人面熊，沈秋却发现山中还有另一头。村民们团结抗争，姐弟俩在悲痛中成长，深夜再次响起的敲门声，成了未解之谜。
